Our Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation
In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we take several crucial steps to ensure that our Concrete Coating Pros deliver exceptional results. First, one of our highly experienced professionals will visit your site to gather essential information. This includes taking precise measurements of the area, conducting a thorough hardness test, identifying any potential moisture related issues, and assessing any existing damage, such as cracks or oil spills, which may necessitate concrete repair or mitigation prior to installation of the coating system.

Once this initial assessment has been completed, one of our Pros will sit down with you to discuss coating system options, clarify your expectations, and address any queries or concerns you may have about the process or product being used. After our Pro has obtained all the pertinent information needed pertaining to the project scope of work, our team will provide you with a detailed estimate, so that you have a clear understanding of the costs involved.
Step 2: Day Of Install - Surface Preparation
We understand that the key to a successful concrete coating project lies in proper surface preparation. Whether we're pressure washing your concrete before installing a Decorative Overlay or a Dye & Seal system, or grinding the surface to enhance concrete porosity before a Urethane Cement or Quartz coating installation, surface preparation stands as the foundational step in ensuring a lasting and flawless coating application.

This is why we've made substantial investments in both time and resources to train our team thoroughly in the art of preparation, equipping them with the finest machinery and tools available in the market. We are dedicated to delivering excellence in every installation, and it all begins with the groundwork we lay.
Step 3: Day of Install - Installing The Coating(s)
Whether your concrete coating is applied using a state-of-the-art commercial pump sprayer, a hopper gun, or meticulously broadcasted, squeegeed, and expertly back-rolled, our dedicated team of professionals approaches each installation as if they were enhancing their own home. With precision, utmost care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence being the hallmark of our trained staff, you can be completely confident that your coating will be installed with the highest level of expertise, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the test of time.
Step 4: Post Install - Final Walkthrough
Once there has been sufficient time for the newly installed concrete coating to dry (varies depending on the coating), one of our Pros will conduct a final walkthrough to rid of any masking material that was installed, and to meet with the client to ensure all expectations were met and exceeded. Within a few short months, we're typically back to repeat steps 1-4 for that same client on their next project, or we're doing it for someone they know!
